 Prior to founding Health Plan Strategies, Inc. and Senior Insurance Solutions in October 1997, David spent over 12 years marketing health plans and insurance products for companies like Aetna Health Plans, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, HealthAmerica, and United HealthCare, as an Account Executive, Senior Benefits Consultant, Sales and Service Director and Vice President. In addition to our employee benefits practice, we are firmly committed to the insurance needs of Seniors and have prepared our business strategy to focus on the insurance products (Medicare supplemental plans , life insurance and annuities, and long-term care insurance) you need to secure your financial future. We believe that your future financial stability is rooted in having the proper insurance products in place to protect against financial loss due to illness, accident and inflation.
David holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola College in Baltimore. Health Plan Strategies, Inc. has offices in Westminster, Maryland and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) Program through the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
